Donatos closed several major markets that resulted in around 50 surplus properties they needed to promote for sale as expeditiously as possible.

solution:

In 2003, Clearbuilt created a website that Donatos personnel could remotely manage to promote their surplus properties. The website was prominently placed on large signs at each surplus property location. The potential buyer could have all of their questions answered prior to contacting the Donatos real estate professional thereby saving a tremendous amount of time.
